Carriage Charges - UK Only
Orders over £50 are delivered carriage paid. Orders below £50 are charged at a flat fee of £5.95 per order. Orders are tracked and delivered within a one hour delivery window.

Express & Timed deliveries are available by arrangement.
Shipping Policy
Whenever possible we will ship your goods on the day that you order them however, you should allow up to 4 working days for their receipt. We use Parcel Force and DPD Couriers and track every shipment. You will be sent a tracking link as soon as they are shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Faulty goods will be replaced immediately. Please contact us by email before returning any goods. If you need to return goods we will issue you with a Returns Note Number to ensure that any refund is actioned as quickly as possible.
Any goods that you decide are unsuitable for your needs may be returned, with the exception of Outlet or clearance items, however you will need to cover your own return carriage costs. These goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition. A refund for the actual amount of the product returned will be applied to your account as soon as possible after receipt.
Clearance & Outlet items may not be returned unless they are faulty so please choose carefully.
