Here's what you need:
50 ml Vodka
Juice of one large orange
Juice of half a lemon
15 ml Galliano
Ice
For the garnish:
Cocktail Cherries
Orange slices
Here's what to do:-
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka and the orange and lemon juice.
Shake together until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Add a couple of ice cubes to a tall glass. Then carefully strain the liquid into it.
Add more ice to the glass if needed to fill it.
Slowly poor the Galliano over the top.
You can thread the cherry and half slice of orange onto a cocktail stick and balance it on the top of the glass but I just 'dump' it in - stylishly of course!
